Privacy Policy of the application

1. Introduction

1.1. The telecommunications operator CRELCOM (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) respects the right of each user to privacy. Please read the Confidentiality Agreement regarding users' Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).
1.2. The Agreement defines the terms and purposes of collecting, storing, protecting, processing and distributing information about users of the Operator's applications.
1.3. The use of the Operator's applications means the user's unconditional consent to this Agreement and the information processing conditions specified therein; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the user must refrain from using the Operator's applications.

2. Obtaining and using personal information

2.1. In connection with the use of the mobile application, the Operator can automatically collect and process the following information about the user:

(1) mobile phone number.
(2) the data contained in the user's personal account (profile), all internal user correspondence (if any), as well as other activity of the user's personal account (profile).
(3) data and information obtained as a result of combining certain personal data of a particular user, as well as data and information obtained about the user received from third parties (partners, marketers, researchers).

The User is the sole responsible person for the completeness of the personal (personal) data provided and is obliged to make timely changes (updating, verification, correction) on a regular basis.
The Operator assumes that all personal (personal) data provided by the user is reliable, and that the user keeps such information up to date.
2.2. Anonymous collection of statistics on the use of the application and information about crashes is possible to improve the quality of the Operator's applications.

3. Amendment of the Agreement. Applicable law

3.1. The Operator has the right to amend this Agreement. When making changes in the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
The current version is always available on the page at https://crelcom.ru/app-privacy.txt .
3.2. The law of the Russian Federation is subject to this Agreement and the relations between the user and the Operator arising in connection with the application of the Agreement.
